Claire Tomlinson is a 3rd year graduate student (in 2019/2020) in the department’s Clinical Science program. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology at University of Arizona, where she began studying families in the legal system, including children in the child welfare system. At Indiana University, Claire investigates the evaluation and implementation of evidence-based practice in family law settings. Her current projects include the evaluation of programs such as family mediation and online parent education for separating or divorcing parents and family recovery courts for parents with substance abuse issues who have had their children removed from home.
